Marika Svärdström (Founder and Principal)
She is an experienced senior executive with a successful career spanning Europe and Asia in industries including Energy, Financial Services, and Consulting.
Her experience in environmental markets includes several years in providing expert advice in clean technology, energy efficiency, and pollution control and waste management to industry and government clients in Asia and Europe.
She has held leading position in major European new business ventures and has extensive experience in working with entrepreneurs to assist them growing their business. Marika has lived and worked in Switzerland, China (Hong Kong), France and Sweden.
She holds and MBA form IMD in Switzerland and an M.Sc. in Energy technology from Lund Institute of Technology in Sweden. She speaks English, French, German and Swedish.
Martin Schweighauser
Martin is a senior executive that has held leading positions in international corporations within energy and finance sector. As managing director and global head energy at SwissRe he turn around the energy business unit and more than doubled the turn over to a US$ 340m serving energy clients around the globe.
He has held senior positions including in corporate & structured finance, business development and marketing & sales for leading corporations including Amsterdam Power Exchange, ABN AMRO Bank, Shell, Chevron Petroleum and ABB. Martin has lived and worked in Asia, Middle East and Europe.
He holds a MSc in Geophysics from Institute of Technology in Zürich and an MBA from INSEAD in France and he speaks English, Dutch, French, German and Spanish.
Göran Stegrin
Over the past 15 years, Göran has developed a successful career as a international consultant providing expert advice in clean technology and management to industry and government clients.
He has led projects for renowned clients in the automotive, renewable energy, and recycling industry and led a strategic project for a major coalition of businesses to accelerate the international expansion and growth of small and medium sized clean technology companies.
He has worked in Asia, Europe and South America. Göran holds MBA from Gothenburg school of economics and a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University in Sweden.
Dr Michael Yaziji (Advisory board)
Professor atStrategy at the leading international business school IMD in Lausanne Switzerland. Michael has consulted for leading corporations such as Microsoft, Cisco, and AP MollerMaersk in market and non-market strategy formulation and implementation.
He is a keynote speaker at various think-tanks including The Copenhagen Center, a visiting fellow at INSEAD and a member of the World Economic Forum Roundtable on Public-Private Partnerships. He is frequently published in Harvard Business Review and he is also a contributor to The Financial Times, INSEAD Quarterly, and The European Management Journal.
Michael is American and received his Phd at INSEAD in France and at University of California.
